This USED to be the place to go to for medical supplies. Now, the service is terrible. In January of this year I went in to purchase a lift chair but no one assisted me. I wasnt even acknowledged when I walked in the door. Same thing happened today. Both ladies stayed in their chairs, the man just stood there with them. No customer service. I went to Crosby's on High St. They had exactly what I needed and SERVICE WITH A SMILE. Highly recommend Crosby's if you need medical supplies.
